Our personal trainers Vilém and Honza offer complete packages of various types of excercising including: personal  training, training plan development, advising  on proper nutrition habits and the formation of these habits increasing the effect of working-out.

What we specialize in:

Weight Reduction exercise - mid-intensity fat burning work out. This exercise program combines strength training and cardio-vascular fitness.

Fitness exercising- the trainer forms an individual plan, so that the client strengthens specific weak muscle groups, aiming at burning fat and simultaneously improving posture and body shape.

Rehabilitation exercising – exercises focusing on the musculoskeletal system – helping the client to deal with: back-pain, joint pain, knee and cervical spine pain.
